Let's flip the scripts this time. We're going to answer the dozens of questions we get each and every day in a short, concise, and most importantly, useful frequently asked questions database where all clients past, present, and well in the future can look back on and review.

Why should I choose you to fix my air conditioner?

The better question is why are you coming off with such an attitude Mr. IT Guy, don't we employ you. So let's start there, correct that attitude and then we can get down to actual business.

On a lighter note, Plano air conditioning has the experience, professionalism, and expertise needed to tackle just about any job your air conditioner can throw at us. This isn't our first time "at the rodeo" by any means and we're not some up and coming, wet behind the ears company looking to learn on the job. We've seen just about everything bad that can happen, we've terrorized enough clients in our early years to get the all so important experience that you guys love to see on our resume.

Can I trust that you'll give me an honest estimate?

Much better tone on that question Interwebz guy, I appreciate it.

Getting an honest estimate is a major part of any air conditioning job and in an industry that's pretty known for up-selling naive customers, especially during a recession, it's a bit of a leap on our part just to claim that we'll provide you with a solid price for our time.

The best advice we can give is just give us a call. Our staff is very friendly and accommodating and will answer any and all questions you have regarding your A/C's repair. We even encourage you to come outside with us as we work on it just to double check our work. If you get any funny feelings call a couple other companies out for a second opinion, and if everything checks out then give us a call back to get the job done the right, the first time.
